ADMISSION PROCESS


 The Admission for any course of the system will be on the basis of merit secured in last exam and interview clearance.

PHASE-I : Merit Clearance

 A student who has cleared merit phase, must have cleared from interview cell. Interview will be taken to test interest in competition and disciplined approach. Interview cell will be different for both the wings Engg. & Med.

PHASE-II : Interview Clearance

A student who has passed VIII/IX/X/XI/XII must have secured minimum 75% aggregate marks in Maths & Science.

Requirements For Admission

  A student who clears Phase-I & Phase-II, is required to submit three recent passport size photographs, Photocopy of last exam. marksheet, PDCs  (in favour of OJHA’S CLASSES) along with duly filled admission form and proof of scholarships (if any) at the time of registration.

** In case, if a student does not pay the balance amount of fee on the dates mentions by the institute, his/her registration will be cancelled and the amount paid toward registration will be forfited.

Refund Policy

  • No refund of registration fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
  • If any student paid the fee for any course and wants to withdraw for refund before the commencement of classes in the institute, 10% of the first installment of tuition fee will be deducted towards administrative expenses and the balance amount will be refunded along with PDCs submitted, if any.
  • If a student of any course leaves the classes/institute within 7 days from the date of commencement of the course in the institute due to whatsoever reason, 15% of the first installment of the tuition fee will be deducted toward administrative expenses and the balance amount will be refunded along with PDCs submitted, if any.
  • If a student of any course leaves the classes/institute within 15 days from the date of commencement of the course in the institute due to whatsoever reason, 25% of the first installment of the tuition fee will be deducted toward administrative expenses and the balance amount will be refunded along with PDCs submitted, if any.
  • If any student of any course leaves the classes/institute after 15 days from the commencement of course. There will be no refund of fee paid and encashed will on the date of refund application shall be cancelled.
  • The calculation will be done from the date of submission of refund application and not by number of classes attended by the student.
  • For the purpose of calculation of refund, the date of commencement of the batch will be considered & not the date of joining of any student in the institute.

Transport Facility

 The Institute provides transport facility for students (girls given priority). The charges for transport will be borne by the students.
